To begin filling out rebate
forms, first you must find the correct offer by searching for a specific
rebate or by browsing current rebates. Once you are on the appropriate
rebate, select Start to begin the rebate process. The
three steps below are required to complete your rebate online. |

online, you are required to print and mail the rebate form that
is generated online. You must send the rebate form along with
sales receipts, packing slips and barcode information. |

| Note: Some rebates are not available to be submitted online.
The rebate form can be downloaded from the rebate offer page. Select
the link titled printable coupon and print the rebate form. Then, follow
steps 1-3 above to fill in the information on the form and mail it with
applicable sales receipts, packing slips and barcode information from
the box. |
